Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the customer ("Buyer") purchasing a Parasyo subscription via parasyo.com or the Parasyo mobile apps and Parasyo ("Seller"), in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. 2. Subject

This agreement governs the sale and use of the Parasyo pre-accounting app subscription and add-ons ordered electronically by the Buyer.

3. Service and Price

Current plans (all prices in TRY, taxes included): ParasyoFree is free forever; Parasyo+ is ₺90/mo or ₺900/yr; Parasyo Pro is ₺349/mo or ₺3,490/yr. Add-ons are purchased only in the web app: Fast Sale/POS ₺690/mo or ₺6,900/yr, Advanced CRM ₺400/mo, HR+ ₺500/mo, Document Management ₺100/mo; Time & Attendance is free with HR+. Main plans are available on the web and Google Play; store prices may differ.

4. Payment

Web payments are processed via iyzico by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Troy). Card details are never seen or stored by the Seller. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly; the Buyer may cancel in one click from the panel at any time.

5. Performance (Delivery)

The service is delivered digitally; there is no physical delivery. Your account activates instantly upon registration; paid upgrades apply immediately after successful payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

ParasyoFree is permanently free; no credit card required.
You may cancel your paid subscription anytime in one click from the panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
For digital services performed instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun; no partial refunds for the remaining period.
In-app purchases are subject to the store's (App Store / Google Play) cancellation and refund rules.

7. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent for disputes arising from this Agreement.
