Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure

1. Data Controller

This Privacy Policy and Disclosure has been prepared by Parasyo ("Company") as data controller pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). By using parasyo.com and the Parasyo app (web, iOS, Android), you accept the practices described herein.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Identity: name, surname, company title
Contact: email address, phone number
Transactions: in-app usage records, contact form messages
Payment: web payments are processed via iyzico; your card details are never stored on Parasyo servers. Mobile purchases go through the App Store / Google Play.
Technical: IP address, device and browser information, cookie records

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed to provide the service, manage subscriptions, fulfil legal obligations, provide support and improve service quality.

4. Data Transfers

Your data may be shared with the payment institution (iyzico), app stores (Apple/Google), cloud hosting providers and, where legally required, public authorities. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may request access, rectification or deletion of your data. Contact us at support@parasyo.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
