Parasyo is a cloud-based subscription service; no physical product is delivered.

• Your account activates instantly upon registration; start immediately from the web panel and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Paid upgrades apply immediately after the web payment succeeds via iyzico.

Free Plan and Upgrades

• ParasyoFree is permanently free; no credit card required.
• You can upgrade to a paid plan or purchase add-ons anytime.

Subscription Cancellation

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically.
• You can cancel anytime in one click from the panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No commitment or cancellation fee.

Refund Terms

• For digital services performed instantly in electronic form, under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun; no partial refunds for the remaining period.
• In-app purchases are subject to the store's (App Store / Google Play) cancellation and refund rules.
• If you cannot access the service due to a technical issue, contact us at support@parasyo.com; your case will be handled with priority.
